Dr Jan was incredibly welcoming, professional, and reassuring throughout both the check-up and the treatment I needed. The reception team were also warm, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. I came as an emergency appointment. I called at 8:30 and was seen at 10. I received excellent advice and left feeling much less anxious about my tooth.
